Sylena Fishback serves as the Director of the Louisville Teacher Residency Program in the office of Diversity, Equity, and Poverty. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University (WKU) and her Masters of Education in School Counseling from the University of Louisville (UofL). Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development and Educational Leadership from UofL. Sylena is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
