You are invited to attend a two-week summer camp designed for parents of Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) students. This one of a kind summer camp is intended to provide parents with the tools, and skills necessary to eat healthier, find employment, obtain and organize school supplies, and more!

Daily session topics will include:

  • First Task is to Ask
  • Resume writing tips/mock interviews
  • Financial literacy
  • Happy, Healthy, Together: Tools to engage families in healthy eating, family meal-time, and gratitude. Presented by Norton Children’s Prevention and Wellness.
  • Navigating the JCPS website
  • Book study
  • Race Equity Policy community
  • meeting at Central High School
  • JCPS school choice

Food will be provided, and there will be a drawing for a prize on the last day (7/19/18) of the parent camp!
